Security Access Cards
To maintain a secure environment in the building, all tenants are required to have an Access Card to gain access into the buildings and parking facility.
Missing/Forgotten Cards
In the event an Access Card is lost or stolen, tenants may obtain a new Access Card by submitting a completed Card Request Form to their employer and then the employer will then submit it to SP+.
The request will be processed within one business day. The Access Card can be picked up in the parking office located in the Brookhollow II, Suite 160. A fee per card will be assessed to the tenant. No cash or credit card payments can be accepted.
