Tenant Handbook

Building Signage and Directory

Except as otherwise provided in your lease, no sign, placard, picture, advertisement, name or notice shall be inscribed, displayed, printed or affixed on or to any part of the outside or inside of the building or premises.  The Property Management Office shall have the right to remove any such sign without notice and at the tenant’s expense.

Requests for change of listings on the electronic directory or suite doors must be made in writing to the Property Management Office.  Please allow four to six weeks for graphic changes.  All changes are the responsibility of the tenant.

Building Signage

To request a door plaque, you will need to complete the proper request form indicating the exact information you would like listed.

All completed forms should be emailed to the Tenant Services Coordinator, Cynthia Aguilar at cynthia.aguilar@hertzgroup.com.

Once your request has been received, your order will be processed within three to four weeks.

Directory

There is an electronic building directory located in the lobby. Please submit any changes through the Angus work order system.
