New tenants should arrange for a mailbox assignment and keys with the Property Management Office.
Please be aware the Property Management office does not have access to mailboxes or the mail room. The mailboxes and mail room can only be accessed by the U.S. Post Office.
Any tenant experiencing issues with mail delivery will need to contact the Oak Forest Station Post Office at (713) 686-6517.
